As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $153,000-$234,000, plus rewards, value, and benefits. Your compensation will be determined by your job, level, and area, with individual factors such as position-related abilities, experience, and pertinent education or training also taken into account. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Lead Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * Leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts in a client-facing climate * Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the operational regions: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover * Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds including executives * US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and deliver high-quality results * Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and efficiency * Providing technical guidance and support to team members * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience in a threat intelligence role in a client-facing climate * Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the operational regions: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover * Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds including executives * US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities * Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new CTI colleagues * Ability to correspond raw insight from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings * Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical crowds * Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodology, and influence partners * Magnificent team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions **Medical Care and Protection** At arenaflex, we prioritize the health and well-being of our employees.
