Salesforce Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, Dallas, TX, or Plano, TX * onsite 5 days a week in one of these location*
Target Pay: up to $110K
Direct Hire *Must be authorized to work in the United States now, and in the future without assistance
We are working with a client that is looking for a Salesforce Admin. This position requires a blend of technical and administrative skills, particularly in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (SFFSC). They are looking for the following:
• Implementation & Customization:
• Lead the implementation of the new SFFSC CRM system and handle ongoing customization requests.
• Manage basic administrative tasks including user account maintenance, campaigns, business rules, access privileges, page layouts, data imports/feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
• Oversee SFFSC data feeds and other system integrations.
• Product Ownership & Roadmap:
• Serve as the Product Owner, maintaining an up-to-date product roadmap and presenting it to the team periodically.
• Business Process Analysis & Customization:
• Assist business users by analyzing and mapping business processes to Salesforce functionalities.
• Develop customizations or use third-party apps as necessary.
• Process Development & Support:
• Collaborate with the operational management team to establish processes supporting administrative, development
