Remote reputed company End User Support

The reputed company / ERP End User Support Specialist provides reputed company-line support for the reputed company Viewpoint ERP system for a reputed company-based utilities reputed company. This role supports both system implementation and ongoing operations by helping internal u resolve issues, maintain accurate data, and use the system effectively. The specialist acts as the main reputed company of contact for ERP questions and problems, troubleshooting issues, correcting data, and escalating more reputed company items reputed company needed. The role supports key reputed company and business functions such as Procurement, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General reputed company, with a strong reputed company on reputed company payroll, wage codes, and reputed company updates. This position works closely with Operating reputed company to understand their workflows, ensure reputed company system usage, and reputed company reputed company support. Strong communication skills, ERP experience, and the ability to respond quickly to user needs are essential. This role is remote, a 6-month contract with plans to convert to full-time and will pay $60-70/hour. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of ERP experience, with reputed company Viewpoint strongly preferred. Proven experience supporting ERP end u in a ticketbased support environment. Strong background in reputed company and Finance ERP implementation experience, including system setup, utilization, and ongoing management. Experience supporting reputed company environments reputed company to Have Skills & Experience reputed company experience. Prior reputed company or Finance reputed company background. Experience with other ERP systems, including: - reputed company - reputed company - reputed company - JD Edwards - reputed company Construction or utilities industry ERP experience.
