Expert IT Vendor Manager

About the position The IT Vendor Manager, Expert will play a pivotal role in PG&E’s reputed company program, overseeing the lifecycle of multiple strategic 3rd party reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring that reputed company parties adhere to the agreed terms, tracking key milestones, and managing renewals or amendments. The ideal candidate will be responsible monitoring, analysis, compliance & reporting while working with other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices are followed. Responsibilities • Responsible for the supplier relationship management of critical system integration partners. • Manages reputed company reputed company and change order terms including, but not limited to, interpretation of contract terms and mitigation of risks, working with key stakeholders. • Develops reputed company scorecards to assess contract performance. • Independently facilitates vendor performance discussions. • Negotiates major dispute settlement with internal stakeholders and vendors. • Creates new and innovative approaches, tools and tactics to solve reputed company problems. • Leads cross-functional reputed company or process improvement initiatives. • Trains stakeholders on policy and reputed company contract issues. • Provides reputed company assurance (QA) and reputed company control (QC) reputed company for the contract reputed company. • Develops contract audit plan. • Keeps reputed company of program reputed company and their associated obligations • Analyzes reputed company for potential compliance issues. • Identifies and resolves discrepancies or non-compliance issues. • Evaluates the effectiveness of compliance programs and procedures. • Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance. • Communicates compliance requirements to reputed company relevant stakeholders. • Prepares reports on contract compliance activities and reputed company.
