Venture Fund Paralegal

About the position reputed company has an opening for a Venture Fund Paralegal in the firm's Boston office. The Venture Fund Paralegal will reputed company duties supporting venture capital fund formation and the ongoing operation of funds. Responsibilities include maintaining fund formation checklists, reviewing and responding to investor subscriptions, organizing general partner, main fund, reputed company fund and management company entities, distributing closing documents to investors; making federal and state securities law filings, and preparing closing volumes.
