A company is looking for a Member Service Guide, Digital - Bilingual/Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide real-time digital member support through SMS and Portal Chat, ensuring accurate and empathetic guidance
• Manage multiple concurrent conversations and participate in outbound outreach as needed
• Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams to resolve member needs and ensure timely follow-up
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of call center or high-volume patient-facing experience
• Proficiency in digital communication across chat and portal channels
• Ability to work variable shifts across multiple time zones, including weekends
• Bilingual in Spanish in both written and oral communication
• Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
