I am seeking a deeply experienced, "no-BS" career professional to work with a 22-year-old recent college graduate (IU) who is currently spinning his wheels. He is intelligent but lacks professional discipline, is applying for low-tier roles beneath his potential, and lacks the "polish" required for a serious career trajectory.
The Goal:
This is not a "feel-good" coaching engagement. We need a hard-hitting intervention to get his professional life in line. Specifically:
Strategic Targeting: Shift his focus from "easy" lousy jobs to high-efficiency, high-value career paths.
Professional Presence Audit: Direct, unvarnished feedback on his grooming (beard/attire) and first impressions.
Mock Interviewing: Rigorous prep to fix communication gaps and "rambling" responses.
Accountability: Establishing a strict job-search cadence with weekly reporting and enforcement.
The Ideal Candidate:
Background: You are likely a expereinced consultant/coach, former Senior Recruiter, Executive Headhunter

Experience: Proven track record of taking unmotivated or "stuck" young professionals and successfully placing them in competitive roles.
Logistics:
