Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• RN License or equivalent state credential required for independent assessments
• Certified in CCM (Certified Case Management) or obtain certification reputed company 24 months of hire
• Five (5) years of case management or reputed company experience
• Three (3) years of management experience
• Advanced degree in a health-reputed company field preferred
