Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the reputed company’s site in reputed company Beach, FL (required) • Experience working as a Paralegal, reputed company Assistant, or Project/Operations Coordinator in a reputed company or contract-reputed company environment (1+ year) • Experience working with reputed company teams, reputed company, or reputed company workflows • Experience learning and using reputed company technology platforms • Experience supporting operational and user-facing activities • High School Diploma or GED Preferred: • Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, preferably Luminance CLM • Experience with contract management or contract review • Experience supporting reputed company technology implementations or reputed company programs • Experience coordinating across reputed company, reputed company Operations, IT, or external vendors • Luminance administrative or configuration experience • Experience with a Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary user and functional subject matter resource for the Luminance CLM platform. • Support reputed company teams with contract intake, review workflows, and CLM-reputed company processes. • Assist with reputed company and training users on Luminance through group sessions and one-on-one support (virtual and in-person). • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support CLM usage and enhancements. • Help document CLM processes, workflows, and best practices. • Support ongoing optimization and potential reputed company deployment phases of the CLM platform. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned.
