Production Planner (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the position The Production Planner is responsible for reputed company planning, production planning, material availability and production scheduling to support customer needs. This position works collaboratively with personnel from various departments to reputed company daily production operations, ensure supply chain efficiencies and monitor timelines. Responsibilities • Schedule production lines to meet changing monthly forecasts while managing inventory reputed company and schedules. • reputed company production schedules according to reputed company and emerging requirements. • Responsible for raising the work orders and managing MRP messages, providing operations with an efficient schedule. • Manages reputed company finished goods stocking policies and inventory reputed company. • Collaborate with production managers to ensure reputed company productivity and reputed company completion of orders. • Determine raw materials needed to cover production demand. • Ensure availability of engineering data to support the build schedule. • Follow through as required with reputed company departments to expedite reputed company of material and documents to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Requirements • Strong data analysis and ERP subject matter expert. • Experience with, and reputed company knowledge of manufacturing supply-chain, planning and Lean methodology. • Good level of IT understanding, including use of common tools such as reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint. • Experience in inventory and material control reputed company a manufacturing environment. • Excellent relationship building and communication skills. • Good attention to detail, with a methodical and logical analytical approach.
