Job Description:
Manage and action lease renewals within required timeframes
Process tenant applications and assist with screening documentation
Prepare and issue lease agreements and contracts
Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, including follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe (transitioning to Tapi)
Provide general administrative support for property management operations
Must Haves:
Previous experience in Australian property management
Strong understanding of tenancy processes and lease documentation
Experience using PropertyMe (essential)
Ability to learn and transition to Tapi
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written communication and time management skills
Must be residing in the Philippines
