Job Description: Manage and action lease renewals within required timeframes Process tenant applications and assist with screening documentation Prepare and issue lease agreements and contracts Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, including follow-ups Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe (transitioning to Tapi) Provide general administrative support for property management operations Must Haves: Previous experience in Australian property management Strong understanding of tenancy processes and lease documentation Experience using PropertyMe (essential) Ability to learn and transition to Tapi High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written communication and time management skills Must be residing in the Philippines Home Office Requirements: Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: Perfectly working headset and webcam Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later Quiet room with no distractions or background noises A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
