Your Responsibilities • Identify and source new healthcare candidates through our proprietary technology and your own network • Initiate contact with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and explore their interest • Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth discussions • Maintain ongoing communication with leads to sustain their enthusiasm and guide them through the hiring process • Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking platform • Earn commission based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires facilitated through your leads Your Essentials for Success • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • A self-starter mentality - you set the agenda, not the other way around • Genuine enthusiasm for outreach and assisting individuals in navigating their next career move • No previous recruiting experience required - if you are organized and resourceful, we will provide the necessary training Your Compensation This is a commission-driven role, meaning your earnings are solely linked to your performance-no limits on how much you can make.
