Sr. Workday Solution Architect (Remote)

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing Workday solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. As a key contributor, you will lead the entire system development lifecycle, collaborate with project teams, and advise on architectural decisions. Your expertise will ensure that the solutions align with industry best practices and meet the unique requirements of our clients. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with diverse teams and make impactful contributions without geographic constraints. Responsibilities • Understand client business processes and requirements to design tailored Workday solutions. • Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture, including module selection and data mapping. • Configure Workday system settings and workflows to match client specifications. • Guide clients through project phases like discovery, design, and deployment. • Provide expert advice on Workday features and best practices. • Create training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project expectations. • Identify areas for improvement within Workday implementations. Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, etc.). • Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation. • Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques. • Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Project management experience in leading implementation projects. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
