The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dialogflow ES/CX, reputed company reputed company Platform, NLP/NLU, and the broader chatbot ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Design & Development: Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX, designing flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment. • Integration: reputed company virtual agents with existing reputed company systems, tools, databases, and reputed company using Python to reputed company reputed company actions and reputed company-time data retrieval. • Optimization: Tune NLU models, manage context, optimize NLP accuracy, and improve bot performance. • reputed company: Configure and manage Playbooks, Data Stores, and RAG components. • Collaboration: Work with UX and business teams to design reputed company conversational journeys. • Testing & Analytics: Implement logging, monitoring, analytics, and automated testing. • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct reputed company reviews.
