Principal Product Manager - AI/LLM

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-24
Mission Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non‑invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights. Role Purpose As Principal Product Manager for AI & LLM, you will define and lead the product vision for building the world’s best consumer interface for health. You will own the development of AI-powered experiences - from LLM chat interfaces to medical reasoning, diagnostics, summaries, and care workflows - ensuring they are safe, trustworthy, and delightful. You will set the quality bar and 10x opportunities for intelligence across more than 20 Neko products spanning software and hardware, shaping how members and clinicians interact with health data at scale. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months • Ship end-to-end AI products, including LLM chat experiences, medical reasoning systems, diagnostic tools, member summaries, doctor pre-briefs, and workflow automation. • Establish Neko’s intelligence quality bar and define the 10x opportunities for AI capabilities across 20+ integrated product surfaces. • Build LLM-powered features that feel simple, safe, and clinically trustworthy - meeting or exceeding medical and regulatory standards. • Translate complex sensor and medical data into clear, intuitive user experiences with exceptional taste and attention to detail. • Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, medical, and data science teams to deliver high-velocity, high-quality product outcomes. • Reduce clinical workload and improve care quality through workflow automation and improved data clarity. • Use insights from members, clinicians, clinics, and data science to guide strategy and prioritization. • Build trust and alignment across teams around a shared product vision for AI at Neko. Minimum Qualifications / Preferred Experience Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years of product management experience, including deep, hands-on work with AI, ML, or LLM-powered products. • Demonstrated ability to transform complex technical systems into simple, intuitive, high-taste user experiences. • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, medical, data science) through ambiguous, high-impact initiatives. • Experience shipping AI or LLM features at high velocity while maintaining safety, privacy, and clinical-grade trust. • Exceptional communication and alignment skills across diverse technical and clinical stakeholders. • Motivation aligned with Neko’s mission: shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive. Preferred Experience • Prior experience in AI‑enabled healthcare, medical technology, or clinically adjacent environments. • Experience shaping AI strategy or intelligence quality bars across multiple product surfaces. • Background in building consumer interfaces, health summaries, diagnostic reasoning tools, or operational automation. • Product strategy & leadership roles in top‑tier AI, healthcare, or consumer companies. About titles at Neko We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process. Hiring Process Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team. Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Statement Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
