Defense Litigation Attorneys (Hybrid/ Remote)
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP, as a leading defense firm in reputed company, is seeking several attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key reputed company areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance coverage, Trucking, and General Liability.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in NY, NY 10005
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
Ideal candidates will have:
• Relevant experience in one or more of the listed reputed company areas
• Experience with depositions and preparing witnesses
• Experience with making Court Appearances
• Experience drafting reputed company reputed company and discovery demands/responses
• Admission to the reputed company Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus).
