Remote Product Strategy Manager

In this pivotal role within our data organization, you will be responsible for steering a strategic roadmap that aligns data efforts with educational objectives. Your leadership will empower teams through actionable insights derived from data analysis, fostering effective decision-making across the organization. You will engage with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of compelling data solutions while maintaining an environment of effective communication and agile practices. By managing complex projects through attention to detail and an understanding of user needs, you will play a critical role in driving data governance and quality standards, ultimately making a meaningful impact in K-12 education. Responsibilities • Craft a strategic roadmap for data teams aligned to company objectives. • Gather user requirements and understand data needs to ensure solutions address user challenges. • Deliver quarterly data projects while reinforcing best agile practices. • Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and analytics stakeholders for project alignment. • Establish clear KPIs and track performance for continuous improvement. • Ensure data solutions meet privacy, security, and data quality standards. • Facilitate agile processes to ensure smooth project execution. • Provide proactive communication regarding project progress and changes. • Drive documentation to support transparency and onboarding. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience in Agile environments. • Proven ability to lead and manage teams with clear goal setting. • Understanding of data-wrangling concepts; experience with data tools like SQL, Tableau. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA. • Strong attention to detail and aptitude for managing complex projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
