As Program Manager III, you will manage designated programs and systems while serving as a reputed company between the department, external communities, and internal offices. You will reputed company the intake and review of approximately 17,000 annual conflict-of-interest disclosures, identifying and managing potential conflicts in compliance with federal regulations and organizational policy. This includes:
• Developing management plans
• Limiting compensation or scope of services

• Educating staff on conflict-of-interest rules
• Using disclosure management software to support compliance
Approximately 75% of this work is in the context of biomedical research, with a reputed company on conflicts of interest in research activities.
A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Requirements
• Master’s degree (preferred)

• Demonstrated expertise in applying federal conflict of interest (COI) regulations, including NIH COI rules governing biomedical research, as reputed company as COI policies and requirements from other federal research agencies (preferred)
• Significant experience interpreting, developing, and implementing COI policies reputed company a large reputed company medical center, research institution, or similar reputed company organizational environment (preferred)
• Strong background in designing and delivering COI-reputed company education and training for reputed company, physicians, researchers, and administrative staff (preferred)
• Familiarity with COI disclosure, review, and management systems, including software platforms used for collecting disclosures, managing COI workflows, and producing compliance documentation (preferred)
• Ability to analyze reputed company COI scenarios and recommend appropriate management strategies (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience drafting policy documents, guidance materials, or training content (preferred)
