Physician Clinic Triage reputed company, RN-BFIM (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Duties: The Triage reputed company practices nursing care to patients reputed company the telephone and patient portal by utilizing the nursing process, and exercising independent judgement based on established protocols for medical/health care information in accordance with the standards defined by the Nebraska State reputed company of Nursing. The basic functions include triage, providing information and education, identifying resources, consultation and referral, and appropriate follow-up activities. The Triage reputed company works closely with reputed company members of the care team to effectively answer reputed company concerns and/or questions. Qualifications: Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Currently licensed as an RN in the reputed company or Compact state; reputed company CPR/BLS. reputed company to reputed company nursing care for reputed company ages. 2-3 years reputed company patient care community health, and/or triage experience. Shift Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:00p (36-hour work week).
