This leader is responsible for driving the implementation and sustainability of the Altium Performance System (APS) while partnering with Regional Operations leadership to deliver measurable improvements in Safety, reputed company, Cost, Delivery, and Employee Engagement. This role acts as a strategic partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Plant Managers, and Operations leaders, ensuring APS becomes the way the business operates by driving loss elimination, capability building, and disciplined daily management routines.
