Finance Manager - reputed company (Hybrid: Onsite and Remote Work)

About the position The Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Process Manager is responsible for driving the forecasting and planning cycles and translating total company views into reputed company based, market level forecasts. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, insightful, and reputed company-looking financial plans that support executive decision-making and operational execution. By embedding robust financial discipline and partnering across the business, the role drives alignment between financial reputed company and business reputed company. This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning that there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote. Responsibilities • Deliver accurate and reputed company consolidated financial forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. • Partner with Field Finance, reputed company, and Executive Leadership to reputed company financial plans with strategic and operational goals. • Collaborate closely with the Area, Region, Corporate and Functional reputed company reputed company on process design, governance, and reputed company improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure consistent definitions, robust dashboards, and high-reputed company financial reporting across reputed company reputed company of the organization. • Drive process simplification, automation, and tool enhancements (e.g., planning platforms, data models). • Ensure data reputed company, version control, and governance across financial plans and models. • Other duties as assigned by manager.
