Key Responsibilities ETL & Data Management - Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to extract, reputed company, and load data from clinical systems, including eClinicalWorks (eCW). - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HIPAA and other reputed company data standards. Data Visualization & Storytelling - Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to clinical and administrative stakeholders. - Translate reputed company data into reputed company, actionable narratives that support strategic decision-making. Documentation & Process Improvement - Document data sources, transformation logic, and report development processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, reputed company Health, or a reputed company field, Master’s preferred. - 2+ years of experience in a reputed company data analyst role, preferably reputed company an FQHC or community health setting. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes. - Strong knowledge of Tableau and Power BI for data visualization. - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred. - Understanding of UDS reporting, FQHC reputed company metrics, and CCBHC requirements. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
