You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, data management, and record-keeping. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management * Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software tools * Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution * Screen calls and visitors, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to welcome clients, colleagues, and employees * Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents as required * Hold meeting rooms and coordinate catering as necessary to support gatherings * Plan and organize large on-site and off-site events * Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal business processes and procedures * Manage the assigned building floor organization, including ordering supplies, maintaining supply room inventory, managing mailings, and coordinating housekeeping needs * Practice health-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and methods **What You'll Need to Succeed** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics * Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction * Familiarity with corporate business cycles and methods, including cost reporting, purchasing, and departmental budgeting * Four-year degree or 3+ years of relevant experience * Hands-on experience with Delta systems and processes **What Will Give You an Edge** * Experience working as an administrative assistant * Knowledge of corporate business cycles and methods, including cost reporting, purchasing, and departmental budgeting * Four-year degree or 3+ years of relevant experience * Hands-on experience with Delta systems and processes **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote customer service team member, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. arenaflex is committed to creating a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on employee well-being, growth, and development.
