Every trip, every day, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families. **Position Summary** As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly voice that our clients, parents, and drivers rely on. You will handle incoming calls with a blend of professionalism and efficiency, turning inquiries into solutions and challenges into opportunities. Your role involves addressing customer questions, resolving issues, de-escalating distressed customers, and sharing your knowledge about our products and services.
