**Responsibilities**
As an Admin and Customer Service Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets with product data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Updating and maintaining master product files to ensure seamless operations
* Sending invoices and shipment details promptly to keep our customers informed
* Managing product data in shipping portals to ensure efficient and accurate processing
* Editing and uploading images for web use to enhance our online presence
* Responding to customer and supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Answering customer emails and phone inquiries with a smile and a solution
* Processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently to minimize delays
* Handling out-of-stock notifications for orders to keep our customers informed
* Printing labels and reformatting addresses for shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery
* Greeting visitors and ensuring NDA compliance to maintain confidentiality
* Performing general clerical and support tasks to keep our office running smoothly
* Supervising and training customer service team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Assigning tasks and balancing workloads daily to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Developing and optimizing customer service procedures to improve our processes and outcomes
* Resolving escalated issues beyond staff level to provide exceptional service and support
* Monitoring and improving departmental performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Tracking and entering data for accurate billing to ensure timely and accurate payments
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated experience working within the consumer goods field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the creation and use of complex formulas to analyze and interpret data
* Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with customers and colleagues
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Familiarity with the Shopify platform is highly desirable, but not required
* A dependable team member with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results and resolve issues
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a College Degree is preferred
