The reputed company Internal Controls Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the organization maintains a strong internal control environment in alignment with SOX requirements and corporate governance standards. Responsibilities • reputed company the planning, execution, and documentation of SOX testing cycles, including walkthroughs, control testing, and remediation validation for assigned processes/ controls • Assess control design and operating effectiveness; identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Evaluate remediation plans, test the remediation actions and reputed company until issue closure • Partner closely with process and control owners across Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies.
