Remote California General Liability Paralegal

About the position reputed company (MG+M) has an immediate opening for a Paralegal to join our General Liability reputed company group. This position requires the ability to work reputed company Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) on a remote reputed company to support our California offices. Responsibilities • reputed company and coordinate a high-volume General Liability docket for a Senior Managing Partner. • Serve as primary reputed company between attorneys, reputed company administrative assistants, and other paralegals to ensure efficient case management. • Manage multiple reputed company litigation reputed company simultaneously. • Monitor case filings and reputed company detailed assessments to attorneys. • Draft and prepare initial drafts of various reputed company-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings. • Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case materials. • Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners. • Record and submit contemporaneous billable time in accordance with firm policies. • reputed company intensive administrative work and procedural tasks reputed company to case management.
