Construction Loan Processor

Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Construction Loan Processor to manage reputed company construction-to-permanent mortgage transactions from application through closing and funding. This role requires strong construction lending expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with borrowers, reputed company, loan officers, underwriters, and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage an reputed company pipeline of construction-to-permanent loans, ensuring consistent reputed company and reputed company completion. • Prepare and submit complete, investor-compliant credit packages for reputed company. • Review construction budgets, builder documentation, and project approvals for accuracy and completeness. • Serve as the primary operational reputed company between borrowers, reputed company, loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams. • Ensure accuracy of data entered into the Loan Origination System (LOS). • Order and reputed company title, insurance, and reputed company-party documentation. • Identify and proactively resolve issues that may reputed company approval or closing timelines. • Maintain compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
