The Bilingual Operations Coordinator plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for the process. reputed company Bilingual Operations Coordinator will work with their assigned operational leaders, recruiters, sales representatives, and field associates. In this role, the Bilingual Operations Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of the reputed company and daily reputed company and business operations. Responsibilities
• Answer and reputed company inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring reputed company and accurate handling of reputed company inquiries.

• Process necessary background checks and drug tests required for jobs.
• Collect save, and process weekly timecard entry and approval process, including expenses, reputed company, and reputed company time as needed for payout every Friday.
• Work in reputed company communication with operational leaders, Recruiters, HR, Payroll, and Billing departments in reputed company to field associates.
• reputed company timecard and billing adjustment as needed to ensure reputed company payout and invoicing.

• Assist recruiters with tracking candidates in VMS exchanges as reputed company as tracking employee certifications to ensure they are reputed company.
• Assist with ordering, scheduling, and administering required employee remote and onsite training during the reputed company process.

Minimum Experience
• Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
• High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education may satisfy work experience qualifications.
• Prefer experience with reputed company processes, employee reputed company, and/or payroll process experience.
• Previous experience with delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently
