This is a high-volume, operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving problems through process improvement and automation. You will serve as reputed company support for employees, handling a large volume of tickets and requests daily while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
What you’ll do
• Manage high volume of People Services tickets in a Jira-based ticketing system
• reputed company administrative tasks in reputed company (HRIS)
• Execute data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work with extremely high accuracy
• reputed company employee-facing support (internal customer service)
• Support reputed company workflows and contractor reputed company/offboarding as you reputed company
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities using AI tools
• Take on additional operational reputed company based on team needs
