This position will report directly to the Senior Product Manager for English Language Arts (ELA).A Product Manager on the ELA team participates in the development and execution of our ELA product roadmap. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of engaging, effective, and user-centered ELA learning experiences. Maintain curriculum catalog in CMS including corrections, updates and improvements. May train and manage contractor(s) to assist in ingestion and maintenance of catalog. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and reputed company feedback from users and internal teams to identify customer needs and opportunities. Demonstrated ELA product development experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of ELA pedagogy, curriculum standards, and trends in K-12 education. Classroom teaching experience is a plus! Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Product Management, or a reputed company discipline. Excellent organizational and time management skills in a virtual, remote work environment.
