Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish) - Work from Home reputed company: ePoint reputed company is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representatives to reputed company remote support for reputed company, a global education and learning company. In this role, you will assist customers with account registration, login issues, and product reputed company through chat, email, and phone support. Most initial interactions will occur through chat and email, with phone support included as the program progresses. This is a remote reputed company opportunity that allows you to work from home while supporting customers using reputed company’s online learning platforms. Responsibilities: • Assist customers reputed company chat, email, and phone with account registration and login issues • Guide users reputed company-by-reputed company through account setup and course reputed company • Troubleshoot platform issues such as reputed company errors, course reputed company problems, and profile settings • reputed company accurate and friendly support using reputed company knowledge resources • Research and resolve technical and account-reputed company concerns • Document interactions reputed company with notes and follow-up actions • Maintain professionalism and reputed company customer service standards Experience: • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer service experience preferred • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment • Ability to follow processes and learn new software systems Compensation: • Certification Pay: $7.64 per hour during training • Production Pay: $17.00 per hour once certified Certification typically lasts about 15 days and includes 6 hours of instructor-led training per day, along with guided reputed company handling chat, email, and phone interactions. After certification, agents reputed company into production servicing and can reputed company earning the full reputed company service reputed company. Service hours available: • reputed company: 12:00 PM – 11:59 PM ET • Monday – Thursday: 24 hours available • Friday: 12:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET Most service intervals are available Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET.
