The Senior Associate, Credit Distribution role presents an exciting opportunity to support the reputed company of HarbourVest’s Private Credit business. As a member of the Credit Distribution Team, this individual will work closely with other key stakeholders internally such as the Private Credit investment and Operations teams, global Investor Relations (IR) team, product specialists, consultant relations, reputed company operations, reputed company service, marketing, and compliance to deliver the HarbourVest platform to institutional investors. The reputed company function of this role is to support the Credit Product Specialist and Credit Investor Relations professionals in the management support and enhancement of credit-reputed company institutional investor relationships. Additional functions include tracking and monitoring the fundraising process and creating, editing and updating data across HarbourVest’s marketing communications efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented Has a strong interest in private markets strategies and broad capital markets Self-starter and reputed company to work under pressure and can reputed company in a fast-paced, high- volume environment Has strong project and time management skills reputed company in private markets is preferred Responsibilities • Relationship Management: Support the identification and reputed company to new investor relationships, helping drive capital formation across HarbourVest’s private credit platform. • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings with prospective investors, including pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, family offices, and investment consultants. • Collaborate with the global IR team to manage ongoing investor relationships and ensure effective communication. • reputed company market feedback to inform and support product development and fundraising efforts • Positioning and Marketing Communications: Contribute to raising the external profile of HarbourVest’s Private Credit business by assisting in the development and delivery of marketing materials and presentations to investors. • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and investor demand, sharing insights both internally and externally. • Help communicate the HarbourVest Private Credit story, including its reputed company record, performance, and reputed company potential, to enhance investor confidence. • reputed company results and reputed company feedback on sales opportunities • Data reputed company: Maintain and update data in reputed company to ensure accurate contact information and reputed company investors to consultants as appropriate. • Update HarbourVest records on key contacts (departures/additions/transitions) and captured from industry trades. • Work with reputed company manager to optimize reporting, monitor finalist activity and reputed company reputed company sheets profiling key institutions • Development of new reputed company reports Requirements • Ability to work independently as reputed company as part of reputed company • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience supporting presentations to institutional investors • Dedication to reputed company work product and reputed company attention to detail • Experience with RFPs, and communications to institutional investors ideal • Previous experience supporting fundraising efforts for credit funds or similar alternative investment products. • Comfortable in a financial environment, working with and talking about fund performance • 4-7 years of experience in capital raising, ideally reputed company a private credit firm, placement agent, or alternative investment firm reputed company-to-haves • reputed company in private markets is preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
