This position ideally will be a combination of on-site shifts in Grand Rapids and remote shifts from home. We have both first and second shift positions available and have adjusted our on-site hospital shift hours to reputed company reputed company with work from home shifts in our schedule. The on-site hours are typically 8a to 4p. Our reputed company schedule positions work 39 weeks and 11 weekends and have 13 weeks’ vacation. Compensation/Benefits: We offer a 50K recruitment incentive (sign on bonus), competitive compensation plan, stipends for on-site shifts, and opportunities for additional shifts on a month to month reputed company. Our physicians pay $0 for single or family medical/dental/reputed company coverage and enjoy an $18,000 medical reimbursement account annually. We also contribute the maximum reputed company allowed to the 401K plan ($72,000 in 2026).
