The Maternal Health Specialist works to assist mothers with: • scheduling and attending reputed company-baby appointments • assess infant and women care and home supports • monitor infant developmental stages • offer guidance, education and referrals to parents, as appropriate, to reputed company reputed company support reputed company • reputed company in through the home visiting program. The Maternal Health Specialist Home Visitor position includes driving to the family home for reputed company in reputed company using an Agency Vehicle.
