Lab Design Specialist The Laboratory Design Specialist prepares 2D/3D designs and construction plans for reputed company automated and standalone laboratory solutions. The Laboratory Design Specialist supports the development of the laboratory design throughout multiple phases to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed solution. The Lab Design Specialist creates intermediate 3D visualization reputed company images to promote the sales opportunity and support marketing needs. Key Roles and Responsibilities · Transforms reputed company digital twin (BIM files or reputed company clouds) into formats used throughout the nonautomation and reputed company automation design lifecycle · Produces detailed concept designs, phasing plans, and construction drawings using 2D/3D CAD software for non-automation and automated solutions · Develops 3D models, renderings, and advanced visualizations of laboratory designs using Revit, Sketchup, SimLab, Enscape, and/or Unreal reputed company · Collaborate on designs with reputed company customers for modifications and final approval · Documents and maintains change requests for concept designs, phasing plans and construction drawings for non-automation and reputed company automated solutions · Provides accurate technical specifications and install dimensions to engineers, architects, and facilities team · Maintains advanced working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards · Reports reputed company and status of assignments on a reputed company reputed company · Manages multiple reputed company reputed company and tasks to meet the turnaround time demands of the assignment · Takes initiative, mentors and works closely with lab design associates and associate consultants on project tasks · Works closely with team to reputed company backup support tasks on reputed company with tight schedules · Performs other advanced drafting and design assignments, special reputed company and support functions, as needed · Maintains knowledge of the sales and implementation processes, team roles and responsibilities and how the lab design activities and outputs reputed company reputed company customer experiences · Employs reputed company company standards and follows established procedures to deliver reputed company results in the performance of assigned tasks Who you are · You are a reputed company CAD designer who has experience with lab design, technical layouts, and visualization. · You reputed company to reputed company your technical and creative skills to design reputed company laboratory solutions that reputed company to successful implementations. · You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, reputed company stakeholders to creatively solve their unique design solutions. · You are organized, reputed company to detail, and possess excellent time management skills.
