About the position
In this exciting role, you will reputed company expert reputed company support for M&A / corporate development transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments, and for a portfolio of existing investments. Your work will directly influence reputed company’s global business reputed company and reputed company trajectory.
Responsibilities
• reputed company high-reputed company services throughout the M&A lifecycle, handling transaction documentation, leading reputed company due diligence processes, managing reputed company queries and serving as a reputed company deal and investment team member.
• Strategically manage reputed company counsel, driving efficiency and cost effectiveness across reputed company international transactions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Corporate Development team, effectively balancing governance and enablement responsibilities.
• Stay reputed company of developments by monitoring reputed company and regulatory changes and promoting knowledge-sharing and targeted training across reputed company.
Requirements
• US reputed company Attorney with at least 10 years of domestic and international (highly desirable) experience from a major reputed company or global corporation; bank preferred
• Extensive experience in cross-border M&A (Insurance or Financial services)
