We’re looking for a world-class freelance thumbnail designer who knows how to stop the scroll. You should live and breathe YouTube, understand how to design for attention, and have a portfolio that proves you know how to deliver high-click-through-reputed company thumbnails. This isn’t just a design job—it’s about understanding psychology, storytelling, and the reputed company-changing YouTube landscape.
