• Extensive knowledge of inner workings of Job Profile attributes (such as Job Level and Job Level Hierarchy and Job Classifications)
• Ability to audit and assess reputed company impacted areas in the reputed company tenant due to Job Profile changes
• Ability to reputed company tech gap analysis of any loads of Job reputed company
• reputed company Compensation module experience, including setting up grades and ranges, creating eligibility rules
