ABOUT THE POSITION (Remote) The Director of Training and Enablement will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that support reputed company’s onsite reputed company teams, including embedded medication reputed company specialists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists. Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, reputed company Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a reputed company field. Formal training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development. Experience Required: 7+ years of reputed company experience in training, learning & development, or workforce development roles.
