Position Overview

We are actively recruiting a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our Gainesville, TX office. Location & Schedule

  • Location: Gainesville, TX 76240 (on‑site)
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Job Type: Full‑time
  • Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed, precision, and zero errors.
  • Scan, index, and digitize paper documents, ensuring that electronic records are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Maintain physical filing systems, organizing documents in a logical, easy‑to‑retrieve manner.
  • Conduct routine data verification checks to confirm the integrity of information entered into databases.
