Position Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the trusted guide for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll combine expert product knowledge with genuine hospitality to help shoppers navigate the full lifecycle of their arenaflex journey—from initial inquiry, through test drives and appraisals, to financing, paperwork, and post‑sale support. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Guidance & Relationship Building: Welcome each visitor, assess their needs, and provide step‑by‑step assistance throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a personalized experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
  • Vehicle Appraisals & Condition Reporting: Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments, capture detailed data, and communicate findings to the appraisal team to generate accurate customer offers.
  • Inventory Management: Receive inbound vehicles, perform daily scanning, and reconcile inventory counts to keep arenaflex’s lot accurate and ready for display.
  • Quality Assurance Inspections: Perform cosmetic and mechanical inspections, confirming that every vehicle meets arenaflex’s rigorous Quality Standards before it reaches the showroom floor.
  • Documentation & Administrative Support: Generate daily reports, manage transaction paperwork, liaise with finance partners, oversee registration and titling requirements, audit completed documents, and handle cash or payment processing with precision.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
