Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline champion for our diverse clientele. Working primarily from our California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762, you’ll manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat. Your mission: to understand each customer’s unique needs, guide them through our product catalog, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

This full‑time role follows a schedule of 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, five days per week (four weekdays and one weekend day), offering consistent hours and the chance to develop expertise in a stable, growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
