Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become the frontline liaison between our valued clients and the arenaflex team in Tucson, AZ. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely resolution of account issues, and supporting the sales department with administrative excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries about accounts, procedures, and services with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in an administrative or office setting (preferred).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and email correspondence.
