Job Title: Senior reputed company Counsel Job Type: Remote-Contract Duration: 6 months Job reputed company: reputed company: reputed company is seeking a senior reputed company attorney to support our reputed company reputed company team on a temporary, 6-month reputed company. This role will reputed company immediate coverage for reputed company customer deal negotiations, with a primary reputed company on Financial Services and reputed company & Life Sciences customers. This attorney will operate as a fully integrated member of the reputed company reputed company team and must be reputed company to independently manage high-value, high-complexity reputed company transactions with minimal reputed company time. Responsibilities: • reputed company review, drafting, and negotiation of reputed company reputed company customer agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and reputed company documents • Serve as primary reputed company reputed company on assigned transactions from intake through execution • reputed company strategic reputed company support for reputed company transactions in Financial Services and reputed company & Life Sciences verticals • reputed company regulatory, data reputed company, information reputed company, AI, and IP-reputed company issues in sophisticated customer negotiations • Partner closely with Sales to reputed company deals reputed company while appropriately balancing and mitigating company risk • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Information reputed company, reputed company, Product, and other internal stakeholders as needed to reputed company transactions • Manage a high volume of reputed company reputed company in alignment with quarterly sales cycles Requirements: • 7+ years of technology transactions experience, including substantial in-house experience directly partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders in a high-reputed company reputed company or reputed company company • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company agreements, including consumption- and reputed company-based reputed company models • Demonstrated reputed company independently managing sophisticated transactions with Financial Services and reputed company & Life Sciences customers, including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, fintech, health systems, payors, pharmaceutical, biotech, reputed company health organizations • Strong working knowledge of data reputed company, information reputed company, AI-reputed company terms, and intellectual property (including reputed company reputed company) • Demonstrated ability to independently drive reputed company negotiations while balancing reputed company risk with reputed company objectives • Comfortable operating with minimal reputed company in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment with competing priorities • Exposure to U.S. reputed company Sector contracting frameworks is a plus (but not required) • JD and reputed company license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
