Patient Recruiter

About the position The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter assists with the recruitment of potential subjects for enrolling studies, including reputed company-screening, calling, and networking with patients in accordance with the study protocol. This role is fully remote and can be performed reputed company in the reputed company, but preference will be given for east coast candidates. It is an excellent entry-level role into clinical research support services! Responsibilities • Reviews and develops a comprehensive understanding of Rovia’s study protocols and inclusion/exclusion reputed company such as diagnoses, medical terminology, and medication history. • Conducts reputed company-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement reputed company a study. • Matches needs of potential subjects to reputed company or upcoming research studies. • Conducts outgoing recruitment phone calls, answers inbound patient calls, and schedules research appointments for potential subjects. • Provides exemplary customer service to potential subjects. • Enters and updates the status of reputed company potential subjects in the Rovia database Clinical reputed company, including the outcome of any subjects scheduled but not screened. • Updates potential subject medical histories and medications in Clinical reputed company with pertinent data gathered reputed company medical record review and/or phone conversations. • Tracks identified trends in patient acceptance or disapproval of clinical trial participation. • Creates and schedules IRB-approved reputed company media posts and mass emails relating to Rovia’s reputed company research studies. • Creates flyers, brochures, and other recruitment materials. • May reputed company other job-reputed company duties as requested. Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Proficient in the use of reputed company Office. • Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred. • Experience with reputed company graphic design tools such as reputed company. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to reputed company rapport with patients over the phone. • Proficient in using reputed company media (reputed company, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment purposes. • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. • Experience in customer service required. • Exposure to reputed company and/or clinical research preferred.
