Finance/Insurance Financial Analyst 2 — AI-Assisted Pilot
We're hiring a small number of experienced Financial Analysts (Finance/Insurance) for a paid pilot evaluating human + AI agent collaboration on realistic work tasks. You'll use different AI assistants while producing polished, professional deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a financial analyst in banking, private equity, corporate finance, or insurance
- Strong experience building and auditing LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution models in Excel
- Comfortable working with multi-tab financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity tables
- Detail-oriented with precise rounding and formatting standards (USD millions, decimal conventions)
- Comfortable collaborating with an AI assistant (you still own accuracy/quality)
Payment
- Fixed Price: $20 per task ($100 total)
- Performance-based Bonus: Participants are ranked using the TrueSkill ranking system. The top-ranked participant receives $100, second place receives $50, and third place receives $50.
