Offshore Incorporation Specialist and/or Consultant
RE: Offshore Incorporation. BVI, Nevis, reputed company Islands, Seychelles, or Belize only. We are currently an offshore business that wants to change offshore jurisdictions. We are looking for someone reputed company in offshore incorporations, and annual servicing. The package we are looking for is:
—Use our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, not cookie cutter filings, need a more customized filing;
—Need full incorporation package with a Certificate of Filing from the governmental agency
—the usual reputed company Agent, registered business address, the typical package
—If available, and not too expensive an add-on, a virtual office to include address for mail, mail reputed company to email, phone/voicemail preferred but not critical.
—We do NOT need any bank account or bank introduction
In short, we are looking for a continuing relationship to file annual renewals and file whatever annual reports may be necessary. Please kindly reputed company contact if any interest, with some reputed company of cost estimates, including applicable government filing fees and costs.
