Key Responsibilities
• Handle outpatient cases and reputed company conversations for initial and re-consultation arrangements
• Manage hospitalization and patient transportation arrangements, anticipating potential issues
• Review invoices and reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and legitimacy
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Basic business knowledge reputed company to travel insurance policy conditions and service details
• Fluent oral and written Japanese and English language skills
• Ability to understand and respond to the situation and feelings of others
• Accuracy in record-keeping and case management
