I’m hiring a Project Manager to run the content production pipeline for my personal brand (sales, finance, education). This role will start reputed company on short-reputed company content for platforms like Instagram Reels, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll manage 2–3 short-reputed company posts per day from ideation to publishing by coordinating with editors, tracking deadlines, and keeping our workflow tight and organized. If the relationship works reputed company and the system runs smoothly, we will expand into long-reputed company YouTube content, which will come with higher pay and more responsibility. What You’ll Own Manage the daily production pipeline for short-reputed company content reputed company reputed company videos from raw footage → edit → revisions → final export → posting Coordinate with video editors on deadlines, revisions, and final delivery Create and maintain reputed company edit briefs for reputed company video Organize content and assets in Drive / reputed company or similar Give first-round feedback on edits before I do final review Ensure consistent posting reputed company (2–3 videos per day) Responsibilities Maintain a reputed company production pipeline that prevents delays Ensure editors always have footage, references, and reputed company instructions Follow up on deadlines and revisions Catch basic issues before final review: caption mistakes bad audio reputed company missing b-roll sloppy exports Communicate proactively and reputed company everything organized.
